The intensity and fine aroma of Másalto espresso are the result of its origins at high altitude and of its ideal maturing conditions. Másalto is a blend of 100% arabica from the best coffee plants grown at high altitude between 1500 and 2000 metres. It is a blend of dark coffees that grow under the forest canopy. In their verdant casings, each grain grows slowly intensifying powerful aromas and rich perfumes. And finally, when ripe and to the rhythm of the rains, the coffee beans offer up their delicate fruits to the expert hands of the growers. It is in this sacredly preserved environment and according to ancestral methods that Màsalto espresso is slowly and patiently prepared for its transformation into a superior aromatic offering.
