Cups and serving 

In order to get the most pleasure and flavour from a great espresso, no detail should be ignored. The ergonomics of the spoon and the harmonious lines of the coffee cup all form an integral part of the pleasure of drinking a Másalto espresso. In the same way as glasses for wine have to respect certain carefully established criteria, espresso should be drunk from cups designed with rigorously defined techniques. Porcelain guarantees the ideal heat exchange and maintains the heat of the liquid thanks to its thickness. The inside of the cup is flared so that the froth does not disappear when it touches the bottom of the cup and to even ensure that it thickens as it rises. The saucer that accompanies our two cups has been designed specifically to save space at the bar.
